about our murder mysteries
Our Murder Mystery events are very unique and we have several different storylines that you can choose from or we can create one customised just for YOU! Just take a look at some of our stories below!
To begin the night, we serve you with a ‘customised’ cocktail and some nibbles that fit our murder mystery theme. Once all the guests have arrived, we start the murder mystery off with a quick performance from our characters before they too disappear into the venue for you to find. You and your friends will be able to spend the rest of the night interrogating suspects, picking up clues, breaking codes, analysing the murder scene and working together to solve the mystery.
What do we do? We scout the location, write the scripts, hire the actors, buy and make the props, set the scene and run the night. We ensure that everything is practiced and rehearsed so that nothing can go wrong and to make sure that you have the best experience possible. We can also add a full menu of canapés and/or a bar to the event as well to give the event a bit more of an ‘oomph’.
Our goal is to design a spectacular night for you! We want to connect people through events.

Frequently Asked Questions
How is this game played?
**Incase you skipped the blurb at the top of this page ;)**
The night usually begins with a ‘customised’ cocktail and some nibbles that fit the theme of our murder mystery. Once all the guests have arrived, we start the murder mystery off with a quick performance from our characters before they too disappear into the venue for you to find. This is filled with props and clues about the murder. From there, you can spend the rest of the night interrogating suspects, picking up clues, breaking codes, analysing the murder scene and putting together the pieces of the murder.
How long are the murder mysteries?
It will typically go for 3-4 hours depending on which storyline you’d like to do.
How many people do you need for a murder mystery?
Each mystery suits 20-40 people but we can accomodate to larger numbers. Just let us know what you need and we’ll make it happen!
How much does this cost?
For just the mystery itself it’ll be about $130pp and this includes a complementary cocktail at the beginning. This covers the location, the actors, props and our time creating the whole event. Although, this price can be reduced if you supply your own location.
If you’re looking to add canapés and/or a bar – this will be an additional charge. This will be calculated according to how many people we will need to cater for.
Can you organise a murder mystery in our home?
Of course we can! Any of our storylines can be adapted to fit into your home. We will require a site visit prior to the event date and we will need access to the location before the time of the event so we can set up the home. This will bring your cost down to $100pp for just the mystery.
How far in advance should we book this?
There’s quite a lot of details that need to be set up for an event of this calibre so we would need at least a month in advance. Rome wasn’t built in a day!
